Some times after sex or masturbation I get what looks like a blood clot in my penis, usually on the left side at the top of my shaft right below the head. I can rub out what ever the lump is but it takes a few minutes. It doesn't cause me any discomfort but it does cause me some concern. Does any one know what could cause this? Im really not that rough in either act.

It really is most unlikely that there could be anything seriously wrong with you, unless you have some sort of disorder which causes clotting in veins. Thrombosis is a condition in which blood clots form in a vein. Allot of guys are quick to think they have thromboses when it could be a number of different things. Thromboses in the penis is a cord-like thickening and hardening of a superficial veins, which result in varying degrees of pain. Many people may think they have this condition when it is merely a change in the vascularity.
