Hello! You should always get lumps checked. My sister has a lump on the bottom rib on the left side under her breast. She had it checked out at docs and it feels like bone matter and doesn't move at all it is firmly stuck. She only noticed it since she had her first child. It seems like it could be scar tissue from when she cracked the rib years ago when she had a really bad cough (believe it or not!). Does this sound similar to yours?
