I have a lump on the side of my tongue. It's been there for about 2 or 3 days. It's not round, more flat than anything. It's definitely not a canker sore. It's on my tongue and is sort of white. I find it incredibly hard to eat and to swallow because of it. This is the first time that I've ever had anything like it. I don't smoke nor drink and I haven't kissed anyone. It hurts really bad, and every time I talk or eat, it annoys and hurts me. I've tried mouth wash, but it has no effect on it. I've looked everywhere on the internet, but I can't seem to find what it is. A couple of days ago or a week, I accidentally bit the inside of my cheek really hard while talking. I even bled. After that day, I had like a scab/scar on the side of my mouth/cheek. Could it be some sort of bite trauma? What is it, how'd I get it and how can I get rid of it? Thank you! And remember, it's on my actual tongue, not cheek!
