I woke up this morning with a hole about the size of a small bb pellet. It hurts pretty bad. Very annoying also! I'm kinda freaking out so does anyone know what it could possibly be? Or if you've had one and did something to make it go away.. that would be great thanks!

To be honest with you I never heard that someone could have a hole in the tongue if you haven’t pierced it or something. Do you feel any pain? Is there a chance that you have bitten your tongue during the night? Have you had any problems with your teeth in pasted period? I know when people have teeth pain they tend to bite them self during the night for tongue. You could try to wash your mouth with tea, I think that chamomile tea is good. If this condition last for long period of time you should visit otorhinolaryngologist to see what is really causing your problem.
