I have had a mammogram today for breast lumps, and nipple numbness, and the radiologist said I have fatty breast tissue. I had asked him about the cause of nipple numbness and he had said there is no signs of lumps though lumps are present and I can feel them. What I am asking is should I be getting a second consult? And what could be causing the nipple numbness. I recently started b12. and have been having pains in spine, ribs shoulders, hips and ankles. I haven't gotten answers and have more questions then answers. I am 32 years of age female with a family history of breast cancer on both side of family.and would really love to get a few leads on what it may be. The pain in my spine and shoulders are constant same with the nipple numbness. This has been close to a year since this all started.
