I got my last periods on the 6th of september 2016 and then mossed them the following month. Got a blood test and reports came positive

As i already had 2 toddlers i opted for an abortion. The gynae suggest manual aspiration process where u suck out the fetus. I got that done on the 15th of oct and since then had absolitelt no nleeding and no cramps.

Upon calling the doctor she said come after 10 days and so i went in yeaterday to find blood in my uterus.

She made me go through process of suction again where she emptied the uterus. Now again its been 24 hours and there is not even a spot of blood.

And she also inserted the IUD yesterday.

What is it that she is doing wrong?

Or its normal?

aWhat are the chances blood is not retained in the uterus?

How can i be sure?
