I was on the phone with Manulife asking what the criteria was for getting weight loss coverage for a weight loss clinic. There was a pause on the phone and then I was put on hold. He came back with a scripted answer and asked me to contact my doctor have her outline what I need and where I'm plan on getting it from and why. I then asked the criteria question again saying Manulife must have guidlines? I was given the same answer again, has anyone dealt with Manulife and had success? I got them impression on the phone Manulife was looking for the "right" wording to move things forward regarding coverage. Oliver
