Yes, Metabo-Lite did contain ephedra once, but they are advertised as ephedra- free. However, that doesn’t mean they are safe now; Metabo-Lite diet pills still contain stimulants, which are substance for ephedra and it is not healthy. This substance in Metabo-Lite is called synephrine. Some possible side effects may occur, such as headache or vomiting. Some people are even allergic to synephrine, main “weight-loss” substance in Metabo-Lite. Besides it isn’t even proven that synephrine works as a hunger suppressant or weight looser.
