I have noted a NEW welcome symptom! ;-)
My experience after removal...
Day 1 : had Mirena removed as had a lot of moodswings and no sex drive no symptoms no pain etc
Day 2 : tiny bit of menstrual bleed and cramp
Day 3: Very heavy blood loss with large clots and some cramps,started taking Tranexamic acid capsules (8 in 24hr)
Day 4: Heavy blood loss no more clots
Day 5: Blood very tapered off a lot, and sex drive through the roof, partner delighted :-) me in happy mood all day!
