missed my period?could it be infection/pregnant?

please help me i missed my period last month, my sex intercourse with my bf was march 7 and nothing after, I had my period on march 22,2012 the period is normal.i missed my period the month of april until now May 9,2012 i still dont have. im experiencing slight breast pain,lower abdominal pain and low fever during early morning in the bed,but when i wake up it always gone.I took PT but it is negative.Could I be pregnant?? or what???
