They're in cases, so the individual boxes can't be seen. My Mother was there for a few deliveries, and she asked why I didn't get them locally. I couldn't honestly say 'they taste different' so I said 'these are discontinued, and the new ones don't last as long.' I only chew them late when everyone is sleeping, so I don't think there's any real suspicion.

Almost 20, off and on. Are you a person who also does this, or just curious about people who do?

I also chew mothballs. I was the one who ask if you have gotten sick from chewing the them. I have been chewing mothballs for about 21 years of and on. I use to chew and swallow in the past, but for the past 2 years I just chew and spit out. These 2 years off and on I have been having very bad headache and been nauseous. I just wanted to know if anyone else have symptoms too.

My 2nd pregnancy is what made me stop for a.couple of years, I got nausea badly when I tried to chew them. But I restarted and haven't stopped for more than a few months, and mainly because I've run out. Im hoping the quantity I have now will last a long time, I've told myself I'll step once I run out....that might be easy since they've discontinued the kind I prefer.

Oh wow, blood in your urine!! How many mothballs do you eat at a time? When I begin the whole chewing mothballs thing at 14 years old I use to chew and swallow bits at a time and nothing has happened to me for years. Around 27 years old I started to get headaches really bad. Now I'm 35 and for the pass 3 years I only chew and and spit out. But for the past 3 years once every 5 months I will have bad stomach pains which turns into have diarrhea and vomiting. And the stomach pain last for hours. But I have not see any blood in my urine.
