I have this condition as well. The good news is that with all the testicle movement I am also experiencing extremely pleasurable orgasmic-like feelings. These 'orgasms' come wave after wave and my nuts feel rock hard as this occurs. Then I go back to a relaxed mode after one of these 'orgasms'. Then it all starts over. I'm not minding this AT ALL!
