I have had diarrea for a few days and today it has been mucosy green.
Any ideas if it could be serious or what it could be?

Well, if your bowels were green (occasionally) but normal, then there would be no indications of a problem as green stool usually arises from green foods like vegetables and alike.
However, diarrhea with green mucus could be indicating the beginning of the irritable bowel syndrome, it could be indicating bacterial infection, or even ulcerative or infectious colitis. Ulcerative colitis is a colon inflammatory disease characterized by colon ulceration and bloody diarrhea.
Infectious colitis is an acute disorder probably caused by bacteria.
Additional symptoms like abdominal pain, cramping, fever, etc would indicate more but if you have no other symptoms, your doctor may order stool sample to be taken and checked. If this comes back clear, you may have to undergo tests that would look into your insides to see what is going on.

I recently experienced a green bowel movement that look like guacamole covering normal excrement. The thing is, there was also blood on the surface of the excrement (not mixed in). Are these related problems, or 2 seperate problems?
