More than likely the white discharge after anal sex is semen. I always have to go immediately after my husband and I engage in anal sex, I too have a white discharge that comes out in say separate clumps (per say) and same as you my bowel movements return to normal the next day or within 12 hours after anal sex. The lining of the rectum can become irritated during anal sex, and produce a mucos. If you are certain what your are expelling is not just his semen, this is probably what it is. If this is the case, it could indicate you need to use more lubricant, or get some lubeicant inside your rectum before anal sex.

Hi there, if you are just using something to penetrate your anus such as an object you have chosen that you have in your house it's very important that you make sure it's clean before you use it. Well to be honest the only reason I'm looking at this thread right now is because there have been a couple of times that I have done anal masturbation with a dildo and lots of lube but I had this weird white goopy discharge. After reading through this thread I can safely say that it is NOT semen. Semen is much more viscous (liquidy) than this discharge, and semen is more milky, not so bright white. I've read over a few things online in an attempt to figure out what this is and though I am not certain, it seems likely that it is simply a mucous secretion cause by stimulation and/or irritation, just like your nose secretes mucous when it gets irritated and so do your throat and ears. I am also fairly sure that this has got nothing to do with any form of STD, I keep up on my testing and I have nothing, plus I've only been with one person for the last year so its not like I could have caught some random disease from some random person. On the same token though, I am no doctor and I don't know if this secreting could be a symptom of some STD, I can't say that just because its not cause by an STD for me that it means none of you have something. If you're concerned it may be caused by an STD, go to your doctor or a free clinic to get tested, and go back in 6 months for another test just to be sure. Never just assume that everything is fine if you have ANY worry about things like that.
