My stomach twitches like a muscle tic.  It seems to be located centrally, in the area of the breastbone, but deep inside. It is painless, but extremely ANNOYING, and although sometimes it seems less obvious than at other times, it never goes away.  I am very health conscious and am current on all supplements, vitamins, minerals, etc.  I take no prescriptions, and have no serious chronic conditions.  I have no gait problems, no pain anywhere (even arthritis!), and get good sleep. But this annoying problem is really bothering me.
