Why does he have diarrea lose yellow stools very fussy like he wants to eat but when im about to feed him he only takes one bite and then he dont want to eat no more

Take him to his doctor - very soon.
The loose yellow stools are a concern along with the fact that he doesn't want to feed. There are several serious diseases that can cause this. It is IMPORTANT that they are ruled out.
