I have a stomach bloat problem. Right after breakfast it begins to swell. Then I drink water all day long for the hot weather, and it seems to increase my abdominal bloating, instead of helping flush out my system. Some days I skip meals just to see if not eating makes a difference, and yes it does. However, as soon as I eat again, the bloating problem returns. I began taking otc water pills to help kick start eliminating  excess water, and fiber pills too to have more bowel movements. Why is my system not doing this w/o all these otc aids to inspire my body instead of naturally
