Hi, My 14 month old daughter has been vomiting for the past 5 nights only the once, between 12pm to 4am. I went to the doctors and they classed it as crupe, she had a slight cough before she vomited but it wasn't a very loud cough. She had her course of quaterzone and for two nights she was fine but then started vomiting again im not sure what this can be?

Do you think she may have rubbish on her chest? That was my first thought.
If she has an when she lies down its going into her tum an making her feel sick.
Dose she ly on her back? See if she will ly on her side.
My son had crupe when he was a baby. The cough sound horrible the. I thought at first he had whooping cough. The noise was like a barking an a gasping noise.
I guess some children are different tho.
If it is crupe, try and bring moisture into her bedroom.

Boil a kettle in her room
Have bowles of very hot water about.
wet towels an put them on hot radiators.
Once when my son had is bad i sat in the bathroom with him, with the shower on. The steam really helps.
Please remember hot water, boiling kettles are very dangerous near children.

is she getting herself worked up during the night? making herself sick? she may have rubbish on her chest like the lady said before. if the doctor says its crupe then he must know what hes talking about but sometimes you have to go on your gut instinct and if you think its something else, get a second opinion. hope shes ok x
