My brother left ribs is hurting and his shoulder he is lying on the floor hurting what is going on ..he has Crohn's disease do you think it is something to do with the Crohn's . He has been feeling bad for weeks really sick feeling really hard for him to use the bathroom all he has been doing is sleeping I am worried about him please tell me something he is in real bad pain
