My cycle was suppose to come down March 1. I took 2 test and it came back neg

Did you take the pregnancy test correctly using the first urine of the day after waking up? The pull out method is really only around 70% effective in preventing pregnancy because some men will have sperm in their pre-cum. Have you had any major changes in your life, under a lot of stress, or started any new medications? Are you having any physical conditions? Did you have sex around two weeks after the first day of your last menstrual cycle?

No I didn't take the test early in the morning. No Medications and not changes. No physical conditions. Feb was a great month. We had sex very very intimate sex on Valentines day. And my peek for ovulation was Feb 12-18. Earlier I was spotting very very lightly but now it seems to Be gone. My breast are sore I've been cramping for the past 3 days and nothing. 

Retest with a home pregnancy test in the morning when you first wake up because your hcg hormone will be concentrated giving you a more accurate result. Since you had sex while ovulating your chances of pregnancy increase. Sometimes if pregnant you will feel some cramping and spot a little when the egg implants itself into your uterine wall. Implantation happens around 9 days after the egg becomes fertilized give or take a few days depending on the persons body.
