my four year old sons testicles seem to have gone up and have disappeared. he is not having any pain, but continually plays with himself. He made the mention that he thought his privates had disappeared. What do I need to do? Help!

It's not that unusual for testicles to withdraw into the body, can be caused by arousal, cold, or fear. If the boy is always causing himself to get erect, that's probably doing it. They should come back down eventually on their own, or next time he's in a warm bath.
