I am in Australia and starting to think this is the most backward country in the world. Last large hemm i had my doctor lanced it with no anestetic ! said the anestetic injection would hurt worse than lancing it. Have not been back. Now have a LARGE external hemm and in so much pain. Only thing i can find here in aus is Rectonol, tried other things but they dont seem to work. Any aussie reading this who have a QUICK answer to getting rid of these hemms please let me know.

You are not under any obligation to 'buy' anything. I was trying to help others from making the same mistake as me. Perhaps it works for some people but that was not my experience. My story is short because I am busy and my time is valuable. The doctors at NATCM rotate from China. They are interchangeable and their name tags show only their first names which I do not remember as a number of different doctors treated me. The cost of treatment varies and depends on the precise conditions being treated. They had a special on at the time I signed up. As for the pain and inflammation being gone, my understanding is that hemorrhoids ARE inflamed blood vessels so that does not make any sense. I feel exactly the same as before treatment and I kept going for more than six months. I stopped because it wasn't helping. The ointments I was given to use at home were soothing but did not get rid of the problem. I still have itching, pain and the sweet smelling discharge. Is this enough detail for you? It sounds, from your defensive attitude, that you are an employee of the centre.

Sorry to hear it did not work for you Livia. For most people I have been in contact with, it does work. I am not an employee of this firm. I live in Florida not Toronto. Hemorrhoidal veins can be prolapsed without inflammation if they have lost their elasticity. Six months seems like a long time to be going to the clinic. The longest period I had ever heard was 5 weeks. I do not doubt your veracity. I hope you have better success elsewhere. Good Luck!

Thank you for your sympathy and good wishes. I;m glad other people have obtained relief. I'm not a medical doctor so I don't really understand the technicalities. The clinic claims my hemorrhoids are gone but my discomfort remains and the symptoms are the same. I don't really have external hemorrhoids - only internal - as well as anal excema (possibly from the discharge) and possibly still a fissure. I really wanted the NATCM method to work as I would like to avoid surgery. The doctors at NATCM have told me to see a conventional doctor to determine why I am still having problems so I guess there is nothing more they can do for me. I guess I don't have much choice.

Yours is the only success story that I have seen and I keep seeing it over and over again in different places, which makes me wonder whether you are for real or are receiving a commission. I spent 1,600 dollars after reading your story for the first time and plain vaseline was as effective as the ointments they used on me. There were not able to help me at all and referred me back to conventional medicine after taking my money and a lot of time. I'm glad it worked for you but I would caution Grace that it does not work for everyone!

Livia: Have you read the testimony of the poster...Havemylifeback...It is a sad commentary that you question the success of the Chinese procedure when others on this site have endorsed it. I suggest Grace speak to the NATCM center in Toronto herself. I am a 70 year old successful and retired business executive, who runs a charity for disadvantaged children. I only wish for others not to go through the pain and complications of a hemorhoidectomy.
