Please help!!!!My husband has lupus and diabetes!! my question is he has been taking antibiotics for infection in his stomach and that is at home treatment! Since covid19 we have not been to the Dr in a couple of years etc.. But here today he has been unresponsive to me getting him out of this diabetes coma, I'm scared and don't know what to do please help with at home treatment!!! I feel like we need to go to emergency room!! They can do what I can't!!! How long do I let him be in this "out of his mind condition? Usually sugar brings him back but its been 12 hours he's still in bad shape!!!

Take him to the ER immediately. You cannot give him proper care at home. Skilled medical personnel is needed in this situation.
Call them and explain his situation and they are going to evacuate him. They must!
I don't want to scare you, but you must go to the hospital. Keep in mind that covid 19 isn't as bad as it was, so with proper precautions your husband will be covid free in there.
