I am 17 years old, and I think my mentral is abnormal. When I was younger I would skip a period every now and then, but I was told not to worry about it because I was first starting. Now I'm bleeding for more than 7 days. It really scares me because I know that it can't be normal, and I've always done everything I could to stay healthy. I am terrified of the idea that this could mean that I am unhealthy or that I could become unhealthy. Can you please answer my question.

How much longer are you periods. I typically have about 8 day periods with really light bleeding the last three days. I think this is perfectly normal.
