Hi !! Im a 27 years old male and since i was child i had my left testicle was cycled from a fat thing (grease) ,i dont go to hospital to operate them because my dad was afraid of my future ? Maybe indicate negatively if i remove that fat thing on my left testicle and will not have kids ...I still have it , but does anyone know if i need to remove it because any indicate or its not any big problem if it dont feel pain on it?Sorry im not good english speaker so hope to be clear in what i said.

Hi Misterx,

I'm not sure what you are trying to describe. Is this on your testicle, INSIDE your scrotum and you CAN NOT see it or is it ON the scrotum, you can see it?

I think the latter.

Your testicles DO NOT have to be the same size. In fact, it it normal for them not to be.

I would suggest you DO see a doctor about the "fat thing."
