My penis hurt after an ejaculation but only when I touch or move the foreskin. It hurt for until I stop having an erection im 16 and in puberty. can anyone tell me whats going on.

It is normal for the head of the penis to be very sensitive for a time after ejaculation. That is normal.
Since you are lucky enough to have a foreskin, you may just keep the foreskin forward over the head to protect it.
