March 6, 2009 @ 9a.m., my mom passed away.
It was cancer that had spread so quickly thru her body that treatments were discontinued last Tuesday.
3 growths on her lung, 4 growths in her brain and 2 on her femur.
She went to sleep and never woke up.
She was in the hospital and i missed it, i never got to say good bye.

My very deepest sympathy to you.
It is hard when you do not get to say goodbye to those so dear to you. Maybe, somehow, someway, your Mother thought it would be easier on you not to be there. I truly believe that.
May the memories of your Mother help comfort you and get you through this sorrowful time.

My heart goes out to you.
I never got to say good bye to my mum. She died 6 years ago now.
She fell over in the hall at home an had a heart attact there an then 67yrs old.
It gets easier as time goes on.
Love to all your family at this sad time
