Hi my neighbour has Gastro and we hung out all day yester day I had a long shower/bath /shower. This morning I woke up with a stomach ache and soft no.2 we are gonna get a couple days apart for her to get better but I have had Gastro before and it's not fun how do I back out or harden my waste before its too late?
