for some time now since i was 11 infact, i have had been living in constant pain. for the most part i can kinda ignore it, but every now and a again it will spike, and i have a really bad pain. the pain varys in the way it acts too. sometimes it feel like a broken bone, or muscle pain. the most common pain is on my right side between my rib cage. it feels like getting stabbed. but it's quick and only hurts on average a minute or two.
i also have had alot of migraines. also since i was 11. they tend to always happen around my eyes, and make even a dim room seem bright.
i also have swollen legs. i think it might be water being retained. again since i was 11. they are very weak and are prone to becoming sprained.
i tried talking to a doctor once but he just looked at me and said i was fat. i'm 5 ft tall, and weigh 120lbs. i may not be really skinny but i am not fat.
does anyone else have these ? does anyone have an idea what it could be? if i could just find out what is going on, say like over active nerves, i would just feel so much better.......

did you hit puberty when you were 11? or start getting your period when you were 11? because some people react to the hormone changes during ones monthlies in different ways. For me, something people don't usually get is my hands swell and I feel like Iv eaten something off for a few days before I get my monthlies, and I have a friend who throws up because of it.
Weak ankles is not an uncommon thing, however you may have only noticed it since you started noticing things about your body when you were 11. You sound sort of young (especially since this is a forum for teenagers questions... and I feel weird saying young cuz I am too) so maybe your still getting growing pains, as for the pains in your sides and in "broken bone feelings". Take some painkillers and see how you end up. If your gp says your "fat" as you said, though I doubt one would, they usually need some bedside manner >.<
anyway if you gp says your overweight, and, you admitted it yourself too, maybe you could consider losing a few kilos... I don't know how that converts to ibs or whatever (Im Australian... sue me) it doesn't take much, eating fruit instead of junk food etc... (carrot and French onion Philadelphia cheese taste really good) but don't do anything you don't want to do, though you may feel better overall for that. Don't stress though, Good luck with the pain.
