Hi I'm quite concerned at the moment as I've met up with somebody new and he
say's he had a vasectomy about 10yrs ago but I've noticed my stomach has gone
bigger +quite hard and have been feeling quite sick/ having more headache's than
usual/peeing more+feeling more tired! Please could you give me a clue as to what
could be wrong with me.

Your symptoms are not specific to pregnancy. Have you missed a period? If so, or if it was "different" than usual, take a home test.
Quite a few guys have vasectomy's but don't follow up. Did he have any testing done to verify the vasectomy with negative sperm counts? It is also possible that the vasectomy failed. Failure rates are about 1 in 100 after 5 years.
