You can't damage your penis by masturbating. Not all guys can ejaculate using the "normal" method. That DOES NOT mean anything is wrong.
Are you circumcised?

You'd be amazed at how much damage our sex organs our 'set up' to take. Look at females for instance, we deliver babies. The male member can sustain much damage as well - I am one of the female members that has been abused by men in my time and the only way I was able to hurt the male as much as he hurt me was to hurt his member, he survived as well as his member and it still worked/s as far as I know (of course I am no longer with such a male). So don't be concerned and at 14 you are not done growing, your penis will still get larger and as you mature you will ejaculate so just persevere.
