Hi Guest,

That is completely normal, the white liquid is probably Smegma and you just need to clean it and from now on clean it daily.

Have you had sex or unprotected sex recently? Could be a STD or UTI (urinary tract infection). See a doctor.

It's normal about not being able to pull your foreskin back all the way, keep trying and you will get it. Have an erection first and it makes it a lot easier to do. Do it once and you'll be able to all the time.
