Heyy guys, first off let me say this is not a joke. MY penis in about 7 inches completely un erect and about 12 and a half erect. Its very uncomfortable and girls say i hurt them when im inside. Penile reduction surgery is not very common. About the only time it would even be considered is in the event of a serious trauma to the penis. It can be done, but retaining full function/performance is questionable. Scarring is likely.
I would start off with a visit to a urologist and ask them for a referral to a surgeon if you are seriously considering this.
