My last cycle started Jan. 31 2015, I believe I have a 28day cycle and I get my period at the beginning of every month. Was my Jan . period for April ? its March 8 and still no sign of my period.

You are about a week late. Are you sexually active?
Take a home pregnancy test. You must use your first morning urine for the best results, your wake up pee.
You can sometimes just miss a period.
If you haven't had your period in another couple of days though you might consider seeing your doctor.
