Okay so I started my period a few months ago and I always leak, its so annoying!! like I will go to bed and wake up in the morning and realise that i have blood in the back of my underwear... and its not like my pad is full or anything, so why does it do that? also, sometimes i will just be sitting and notice i leaked, again my pad is not full....can anyone help me here!? i tried using my moms overnight ones but they don't always work...like do i need to sit and sleep a certain way? %-) or should i be able to do whatever and not have a problem? so confused!!

For my daughter I got a PMS Pad. It's an ultra thin pad she sleeps on to prevent any leaks from getting onto her sheets and mattress. Got it at ***edited by moderator*** web addresses not allowed. Unfortunately as women this is a reality and there's not much we can do about except be prepared and take appropriate measures!!
