I have been to doc and I know what causes my pain. I have had aches and spasms in abdominal are, so they did CT scan and it is cyst. But on my last results said that said my rectum is noted to be loaded. So, what does it mean?

Hello, I am dealing with same problem, I been having irregular menses and my stomach is swollen and hard and I experienced sensation like my rectum and bowels are loaded. I guess it is some gastrointestinal disease and somehow it is associated with my menses. Maybe I need to scan too. I really had bowel movements since I was a kid.
