Last night something woke me up. I heard some voices. When I got out of bed I saw my sister talking to her self. When I tried to speak to her it was impossible. She was in some world of her own. I suppose she was hallucinating. Since she is 86 years old and she is suffering from dementia I wonder if this is new condition she is suffering from.

It is nothing unusual for a woman of her age to have these kinds of disorders. She probably does not remember the episodes of hallucinations because of her dementia. I suppose that it is hard to take care of a person of that kind. Best for you is to try not to afraid her during hallucinating and to act with full understanding.
