#1 - you WILL have withdrawal symptoms, taking another drug to eliminate those symptoms will not help
#2 - tell your loved ones what you are doing, so they understand you will get a "just take the damn pills again" from time to time, it's human nature, they don't understand there is more to it
#3 - you won't be able to quit on the 1st try. If you do, in my mind, you never needed the drug to start with.
#4 - Keep trying, just because you have tried once, twice, or even 15 times and havn't been able to stop, don't worry, you will - you will figure it out
#5 - find a good time to stop, try quitting when you can take a 1-2 week vacation, quit a job, have some down time. You will be exhausted, you won't want to be around others, they wont want to be around you.
#6 - try to get outside and get slight excercise and try really hard to go to the places that give you anxiety or depression in a controlled environment, drive yourself, so you can leave if you have to - but TRY to stay!
#7 - be patient, if you have to go shopping, family event, etc, get there early and take your time doing watever you need to do, if you guy to buy some flipping raisins, take 3 minutes to read everything on the ingredients list, you will be suprised how much better you feel when you KNOW you have extra time

DON'T GIVE UP! Each time you try, you will learn something else that helps you, getting up slower, sleeping longer, eating or avoiding certain foods, hot showers, cold showers, reading, drinking health juices to make you feel better, you'll get there, just don't give up and don't get down on yourself if you fail time and time again - that's part of learning - failure...
