my top head skin of my panis got tored while sexual intercoarse nd lots of blood came out of it before dis my skin was not able to streched more but now its streching properly but my head skin is tored a bit nd its also swolen little bit. Is it normal nd what should I apply to heal it quickly aslo again the skin will not get attached after it is heal ? please sort out my problem.

You mean you tore your frenulum? It happens, often.
Keep it clean and dry, as best you can, and it should heal shortly.
It sounds as though you had "frenulum breve" a short frenulum. Watch how it heals. It may give you just enough extra length so as to not be a problem again.
