my vagina started itching quite a bit and I don't know if that is because I tried to shave myself

I'm 13 and today my vagina was itching quite a bit (I was wearing tights today but I don't think it was because if that) and I don't know if it's because the other day I tried to shave my down bellow as I had a small spot that had appeared there and I wanted to see what it was . I've also had alot of discharge , I only started my period in September and had a long period but then only recently had a 2 day one . I haven't had any sexual activity. I don't know how to tell my mum about this either ? But can you please let me know what you think this is and what I can do about it x
