To increase your weight, you need to eat. I know this is obvious, but you will need to make yourself a regular eating schedule so that you can gain weight slowly but safely. What you are best off doing is eating five or six small meals during the day, each one being roughly 500 calories, so that you can take in enough to gain weight. Does this help?
