Hello, folks. My husband has a problem that many people do not take for serious. He is grinding his teeth and this is usually followed by the clenching of the jaw. I have read somewhere that this is called bruxism and that it is parafunctional activity. It can happen sometimes in one’s life. Is there any natural cure for this? I will appreciate your help.
