Hello, folks. My husband is diagnosed bruxism. I am afraid he might damage his teeth. I wonder if wearing mouth guard at night can help with his bruxism. What do you think? It would be even better if some people with personal experience answered my post. Thanks for all the help.

Hello. My husband was diagnosed bruxism as well. His grinding bothered me during the night. He wore mouth guard. He made less sounds, but it didn’t help him much. At the end, he reported to the dentist. He was sent to oral surgeon to fix his teeth. He even went to psychotherapy. Make your husband to visit a dentist for a treatment. Bye!
