I have been having pain and joint issues for almost a year now. I originally thought it was perimenapausal as I am 38 and experiencing more pain and discomfort around my periods and ovulation. I have right hip pain, lower right side pain in back that sometimes creeps up to my lowest rib, pain between my shoulder blades like they are always in a knot and that sometime creeps up to causing headaches and I have had several sinus issues and swelling this year. Here are the test I have had done within this year...CAT SCAN found small cyst on right ovary, small kidney stone on right side in tube, and tilted uterus. Then went to gyno, put me on nuva ring, helped hip and side pain but headaches increased and constant spot bleeding. Went back to primary and she did the following test...xrays of lower back and hips showed mild degenerative disease at L5-S1, both hips showed minor degenerative disease and marginal osteophytes, worse in the right hip. Blood tests and hormone levels were all normal. MRI of cervical spine showed minimal bulging annulus fibrosis in C3-4, C4-5, and C5-6. I also had an MRI on my brain that only showed minor membrane thickening in the right maxillary antrum. All items that my doctor said were part of the aging process. We'll I don't feel like this is normal and all symptoms and the headaches worsen around my period and ovulation. My right side is falling apart. I just want someone to figure out how all these minor items are related that are making me feel so bad so I can have a plan to feel better. Hard to start a plan to exercise and be healthier when you always feel like c**p! I am 38, 6 feet 1 1/2 inches, 175 lbs, pretty active considering all that is wrong with me, and don't think I should be feeling this way. On the verge of depression since I just feel achy all the time! Please help diagnose me!
