Well, considering you have one ovary left, you shouldn’t be experiencing menopause yet but all your symptoms are pointing to it. When was your last period? Do you still have them?
I think that it is lack of estrogen that makes all these nasty symptoms and problems, and it must be that you are experiencing hormonal imbalance.
Menopausal symptoms are very hard to treat and I think that you need to see a gynecologist and have blood test done to check for the levels of your hormones. When you get the results, you may talk to your gynecologist what to do next to try to decrease the severity of these symptoms. Some woman undergo hormone replacement therapy but it has been linked to contributing to cervical cancer, so women avoid it nowadays and are trying to find natural ways to fight menopause. Many of them turn to herbs and their healing powers.
But whatever you decide to take and do to prevent and diminish your symptoms, you need to educate yourself about these products and procedures. A woman that enters menopause needs a whole lot more vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants and amino acids than before but make sure that this more is not TOO MUCH because vitamins too can cause toxicity.
What ever product you decide to use, check its ingredients and talk to your doctor if it would be safe to use them. Even if it says it natural, it doesn’t mean it would be good for you and that large doses won’t harm you.
It may happen that you don’t hit the right product at first but you should keep trying until you find the right one.
But first thing you need to do is see a gynecologist. You may check thyroid gland as well.
Good luck!
