I have a problem. My wrist feels very sore when I wash my hair or when slightly rotated, but no numbness or tingling and only hurts when used. The pain is not accompanied by any swelling or other arm pain and began about four months ago and was there even when not using the wrist on my left hand. Is this a symptom of a carpal tunnel syndrome? I need some info about carpal tunnel syndrome. Thanks
