Hi, you must be careful about developing certain professional disorders of office workers who type a lot. Carpal tunnel syndrome is a medical problem of the hands seen in computer workers. The problem is in the pinching of a large, medial nerve that travels under the palm. When the nerve is pinched, the sensation of touch can not be transferred from hand to the brain. Medical conditions like diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, thyroid disease, and pregnancy can be related to occurrence of carpal tunnel syndrome. Numbness, tingling, pain and weakness in the thumb, index, middle and ring fingers are signs of carpal tunnel syndrome.
