My dad jut had surgery a few days ago dey had to remove most of his stomach the doctor told me the cancer look stage 3, but he's not sure yet.Can anyone SEND ME MORE info on this stage.One more thing the cancer spread he's going to do sum quimotherapy.can he die from this stage.?

Hi honey! First of all sweetheart we aren't doctors on here! And even though there are stages of cancer, depending on the person and their health, and the treatment outcomes are VERY different for each person! Certain cancers are more treatable then others, all I can say honey is this! IF you start reading on the internet about the "IF's" and people who are saying their stories wether true or not, it can make you jump further then you need too! As long as they are treating him then there is hope honey! Listen to what the doctor says and make sure your dad follows ALL the directions and the diet they will put him on! He will need a LOT of help - especially after chemotherapy - as they can become very sick and tired - once again this ALL depends on what kind of chemotherapy and what further treatment - as in radiation etc.! So hang in there honey, get as much knowledge as possible - without making you SO upset! Because EVERY person is different! And the least stress there is in his and your life the better! Stress has recently been found to increases a persons chance of getting cancer!!! And being more ill from it! So he needs ways to be able to relax - as in meditation, massage, calmness etc. I wish you and especially your dad ALL the health and luck in the world! God bless you both!

I TOTALLY understand honey! My mom battled cancer on and off for over 25 years, it's a roller coaster! I am trying to impart what I went through to you, because I was CONSTANTLY on the internet and some things DEVESTATED me and others gave me false hopes - as in different herbs etc. I even spent hundereds of my own dollars on these "Cures" and some made my mom sicker!! :'( It is ALL about getting the RIGHT and CORRECT information and following it! The Oconolgist will give your dad and the family ALL the information he will need! It is up to him and the family to follow through! Being stress free - creates a HUGE army against this hated illness! I just don't want you to read too much - knowledge is great CORRECT knowledge! IF you ever need to talk hony I'm usually on here!
