i have got up and gone to the toilet and then 30mins to 1hour later need to go again its not the feeling of needing to go i actualy go i dont have incontinence. and its not painfull or any blood or anything just going to the toilet. its been happeinng for about 3days now.

It's probably a urinary tract infection. Though there's no pain or blood, it could still be an infection. I'd go to the doctor immediately. He can test you to make sure if it's an infection. If not, he can tell you what it is. So go to the doctor today.
