Neighbours child waking me up at the early hours

I have been woken up everyday this week since Monday (now Saturday) by my neighbours child who is the same age as my niece aged 6 screaming loudly through the wall. My bed is right next to where he is screaming and I don't really wanna move the bed. He has been with other children in his room screaming like mad. It's always between 8:30 and 9am and I hear him go to bed quite early about 7:20 pm that was lasts night's time. I never hear the other children who I think are relatives of another of their family member living in a different house in the street. This is  causing me  headaches due to lack of sleep. I am only a teen
